1. Acceptance
By accessing or using LINKHUB (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
2. Language
These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience. If a translation differs from the English text, the English text prevails.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18. We do not permit use by children.
4. Licence
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful link shortening, bio pages, and QR codes. You may not copy, resell, or sublicense the Service.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service for any activity prohibited by applicable law, including:
- pornography and sexual services;
- the unlawful supply or trade of narcotics and their analogues;
- child sexual abuse material;
- human trafficking;
- fraud, phishing, and the distribution of malicious software;
- any other unlawful content or activity.
We may remove such material, suspend or close the account, and retain any sums paid. No refund is due in these cases.
You also may not use the Service to infringe intellectual-property rights, to distribute spam or misleading content, or to interfere with the Service.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, logos, and databases, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of it without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us the licence we need to host and display that content in order to operate the Service.
7. Brand and linking
You may not frame, mirror, or present the Service as your own, and you may not use our name, logos, or URLs in a way that suggests endorsement, without our prior written consent.
8. Payments and refunds
8.1. You may request a refund of a paid plan within the period stated for that plan at the time of payment. If no period is stated, the period is 30 calendar days from the date we receive the payment.
8.2. A refund is limited to the amount actually received by us. Fees charged by payment processors, blockchain networks, exchange services, and any other amount withheld in the course of the payment are not refundable and are deducted from the refund.
8.3. A refund is made only to the original payment details and in the same currency in which the payment was made: the same address, the same PayPal account, or the same card. This rule applies to cryptocurrency and to every other method of payment.
8.4. If a refund to those original details is not possible, our obligation to refund ends. No refund is due in that case.
8.5. When a refund is made, the paid plan ends. Access to premium domains ends. Short links created on premium domains are moved to the Service’s standard domains.
8.6. No refund is made if the account or the user’s links are used for fraud, deception, or a use prohibited by section 5. In those cases we may end access without reimbursement.
9. Lifetime premium link
A lifetime premium link is a one-time purchase of a single short link. It is not a subscription, and the refund in section 8 does not apply to it.
In these Terms, “this product” means the features that a paid plan includes and the free plan does not. Those features are provided on that one short link. A domain name is not itself the product.
The price is paid for that short link and for those features. It is not paid for a domain name. Included with the link, as a courtesy and not as the service for which payment is made, the link may be placed on a premium domain that the Service offers for this product at the time of purchase. At present that domain is mylink.li.
“Lifetime” means for as long as LINKHUB continues to operate the Service and this product. A particular domain name is not reserved for that period. If a domain is lost, blocked, expires, or is withdrawn, we may move the short link to another domain of the Service. Where we can, the address the link points to stays the same.
Redirect and targeting tools on that link remain available while the Service operates this product. The price includes up to five changes of the short alias. When those changes have been used, further changes are not included, and the alias itself continues to work. A further change may be purchased separately. Click statistics for that link are kept for two years.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or freedom from harmful code. You are responsible for the security of your account and devices.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of the Service or your inability to use it. Our total liability arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the twelve months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify us and our personnel against claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes
We may change these Terms. The updated text applies from the time it is published. If you continue to use the Service after that time, you accept the updated Terms. You should review them periodically.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your access, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive, including sections 6, 8, 11, and 12, survive termination.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you a right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
